Refund policy
REFUND POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL -
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS W/ EXCEPTION OF FOLLOWING
· Damaged/DEFETIVE product upon arrival to be considered for refund you must notify within 5 days and provide issue, order # and picture of damage.
· Quality issues: once you ship item to your customer you are verifying correct product and no damage and no longer eligible for refund. (For wholesale)
· We do not refund or replace due to not fitting you or your customers. UNLESS product is more than 2 cm from size chart provided. (PICTURES ARE REQUIRED TO VERIFY RETURNS DUE TO THESE EXCEPTIONS)
OTHER RETURN/DAMAGE INFO- POSTAL
· If you input wrong address and it is returned you will be invoiced for the charge to reship. If I input incorrectly I will resend on my cost.
· I WILL NOT change shipping addresses once you input. THIS NEGATES all protection if claim is filed.
· If item is lost in transit a claim will need to be filed with carrier. I can assist however claim needs to be made by you.
